The pressure reducing hydraulic control valve operates fully automatically with mains pressure without the need for external energy. The 2-way pressure reducing pilot valve used on the control valve reduces the outlet pressure to the desired value without being affected by the flow changes in the network. Pressure-reducing hydraulic control valves are used to reduce the high pressure value in water transmission network lines to a lower desired value. Pressure reducing control valves maintain the set outlet pressure value without being affected by flow and flow rate changes in the network. Pipe diameter is not taken into account when selecting the valve diameter. The valve diameter can be selected at a smaller or a larger value of the pipe diameter. Cavitation values should be taken into consideration when selecting the valve diameter.
