As Duyar, the main purpose of our customer satisfaction system is; "Increasing Customer Satisfaction".

To do so, We are committed;

• To enable our customers to easily convey their complaints, requests and expectations,

• Transparent evaluation of requests; to integrate the permanent improvements we have achieved into our systems and processes,

• Ensuring that customer satisfaction is increased by communicating the developments and results of their requests as soon as possible,

• To ensure that our Customer Satisfaction Policy is explained to all employees of our company, adopted, embraced and maintained,

• To use all the resources we have to meet customer demands and to transform these demands into "customer satisfaction" with our experience and customer-oriented service,
