Recruitment Policy

All rights provided to employees are treated fairly. Orientation and training policies are established to increase the knowledge, skills, and personal development of employees and to adapt them to their duties at Duyar Valve.

Training programs are carried out within the framework of the annual training plan. Employees are informed about wages, careers, education, health, and similar issues, their opinions are exchanged and they are actively involved in the process.

The relevant provisions of the labor law are applied to ensure that employees are not discriminated against based on race, religion, or language and to protect them against physical and mental mistreatment within the company.

Job Compliance Program

Following the recruitment process, we organize Job Compliance Programs for our new recruits to help them adapt to their new jobs and the company culture. Within the scope of this program, the new employee is given a general introduction to the company and asked to monitor and guide his/her development by the senior managers in the unit where he/she works.

After completing the Job Compliance Program, our employees present their impressions to company managers. These evaluations regarding the Job Compliance Program are used to improve the program to be carried out in the next period.
