Following the recruitment process, we organize Job Compliance Programs for our new recruits to help them adapt to their new jobs and the company culture. Within the scope of this program, the new employee is given a general introduction to the company and asked to monitor and guide his/her development by the senior managers in the unit where he/she works.
After completing the Job Compliance Program, our employees present their impressions to company managers. These evaluations regarding the Job Compliance Program are used to improve the program to be carried out in the next period.
