1965 
Founded by İdris Duyar as a 60 square meter lathe workshop in Ayvansaray, Istanbul.
1967 
Ball Valve Manufacturing
1968
A new production area of 230 square meters was established in Cibali.
1980
All production activities moved to a 15,000 square meter campus in Sultangazi.
1997 
The first valve export was made to Malaysia for 5500 dollars.
2000
Quality assurance department was established and ISO 9001 certificate was obtained.
2004
Research and Development department established.
2005
Modern foundry facility commissioned in Gürpınar, Istanbul.
2006
ERP system was introduced and the first CNC-controlled machining center was commissioned in production.
2009 
Domestic production of fire products
First balancing valve production in Türkiye
2010 
First UL & FM approval (OS&Y Gate Valve)
First Test Drainage Valve manufacturing in Türkiye.
2011 
Manufacture of Compact Ball Valve and Patented Lug Strainer.
2012 
Türkiye's first sprinkler glass production facility put into operation.
First Wet Alarm Valve manufacturing in Türkiye.
First Lug Ball Valve production.
2013 
Türkiye's first fire products test laboratory was established.
FM certificate obtained for Wet Alarm Valve.
TSE Certificate was obtained for fire products.
2014
ISO 10002:2004 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management System Certificate was obtained, becoming the first and only organization in the sector to hold this certificate.
GOST Certificate was obtained for all fire products.
2015 
Became the first and only company in its sector to be included in TURQUALITY.
First Dry Alarm Valve manufacturing in Türkiye.
2016
ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certificate was obtained.
2017 
The company ranked first in the valves category at the Successful Exporters Award given by ISIB based on export performance in 2016.
Headquarters in Esenyurt, Istanbul, with a closed area of 12,000 square meters, started operations.
UL and FM Certificates were obtained for sprinkler products.
IFSA (International Fire Sprinkler Association) membership.
New generation Vulcanized Butterfly Valve production.
