DUYAR, which carries out the production of industrial valves and fire extinguishing systems as a domestic brand with a history of 60 years as the leading company in the sector and adopts the ‘Human First’ approach as a principle,

1. To provide safe, hygienic and regular working conditions by prioritising the health and safety requirements of our employees in order to ensure OHS,
2. To provide the necessary efforts and support to eliminate all risks that will adversely affect employee health with the goal of ‘Zero Work Accident - Zero Occupational Disease’ within the scope of OHS,
3. To fully fulfil our legal and working life supportive obligations by complying with the applicable laws and regulations on OHS,
4. To increase the level of consciousness of our employees by raising awareness through training and organisations and to create a corporate culture,
5. To take proactive measures to reduce risks by identifying potential hazards,
6. To ensure ‘continuous improvement’ (Kaizen) of the OHS Management System by providing new technologies to improve our OHS performance,
7. To ensure the active participation of our employees and employee representatives in processes such as research, development, planning and implementation related to OHS,
8. To provide the necessary effective resource support to meet the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System undertakes.
