AVOIDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Duyar employees avoid situations that may create conflicts between their personal interests and corporate duties. Impartiality and objectivity are prioritised in business decisions. It is unacceptable and forbidden for Duyar employees to use the identity and opportunities of the corporation for personal benefits and to engage in behaviours that will deteriorate the image of the corporation.
ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION
It is strictly forbidden to offer, demand or accept bribes, commissions or undue benefits in our company. No employee may receive gifts, hospitality or similar benefits from third parties. Transparency and honesty are also essential in relations with institutions.
INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Trade secrets, customer information and internal data are carefully protected. Information is shared only by authorised persons for appropriate purposes. Our employees are obliged to maintain their commitment to confidentiality even if they leave their duties.
RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND DIVERSITY
Duyar provides equal opportunities in the working environment without any discrimination such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, disability. Forced labour, mobbing, child labour, harassment and inhumane practices are absolutely not allowed.
GIFTS, HOSTING AND SPONSORSHIP
Only gifts that have symbolic value, are legal and do not damage our corporate identity can be accepted. Cash, gift vouchers or expensive gifts cannot be received/given under any circumstances. Gifts can be accepted if they will not adversely affect Duyar's reputation and image in case they are learnt by external parties. Sponsorship and donation activities are carried out in accordance with the principle of transparency.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND REPUTATION
Our employees avoid content that damages the reputation of the company in their personal social media accounts. Corporate stance and brand value are considered in all posts representing Duyar.
ETHICAL VIOLATIONS AND REPORTING
When behaviours contrary to ethical principles are noticed, employees report this situation to their managers or the Ethics Committee to be determined by the company without hesitation. Reports are kept confidential and employees are protected against retaliation.
RESPONSIBILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION
Compliance with ethical rules is the responsibility of all employees, not just management.
